Challenge
Exito does $10 billion dollars in sales annually and were looking to take the aging eCommerce aspect of the business to the next level in order to face increased online competition. Built on the ATG platform, Fluid Perception Media collaborated with Desato and idea rebel to bring a completely revitalized and world class eCommerce system to fruition.
Solution
By utilizing in-depth market and user research data provided by Ibiika, an improved Information Architecture and interactivity model were developed by Fluid Perception. This holistic, “from the ground up” approach supported a user centred design process that put the users at the forefront… a departure from the old model that put the technology first.
